Amy is a customer focused business professional skilled in start-ups, large multi nationals, small to medium enterprise and micro business leadership. With over 20 years of experience Amy is adept in designing, building, and executing plans and strategies that are clearly defined, humanised and founded by proven business principles. Amy‘s career spans hotel management, medical device commercialisation, quality management and regulatory compliance, workplace emergency management, consulting and advisory and most recently in workforce planning, program evaluation, feasibility studies and needs analysis in the rural and remote healthcare space.
As BizHQ General Manager, Amy enjoys working with the highly skilled advisor and leadership team to meet the needs of the clients whilst having a keen eye on the future direction and broader organisational strategy. Amy understands the importance of contemporary agile leadership, an inclusive workplace culture and setting a tone where everyone feels enthused to professionally develop their skills in a supportive and trustworthy environment. Nick Leslie

Operations Manager
Nick is an experienced manager and Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Motivated by outcomes and customer satisfaction, Nick enjoys solving complex problems and continuously improving business operations. Since joining the team in 2021, Nick has worn a variety of hats, including Interim General Manager.
Nick commenced his business career immersed in the fast-paced world of tech startups, in Sydney. He gained invaluable experience at companies known for their expertise in cyber security, supply chain automation, and embedded systems. It was here that Nick developed his passion for commercial management and his appreciation of technology. More recently, Nick managed a finance team for a mining services company in Orange, before joining the team at Central NSW Business HQ.

Nalinda has extensive experience in international business development, innovative start-ups, international logistics and import/export. As a business specialist, Nalinda has excellent communication skills, growth strategy experience, and a strong ability to build relationships.
Nalinda is qualified with an Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and is a licensed Customs Agent. His specialties include supply chain optimisation, strategic procurement and contract management and strategic business planning. Innovative business start-up is Nalinda’s key strength having built his own business in food production and business development within the FMCG sector.
Nalinda is also an accredited Mental Health First Aid officer.

With a focus on sustainability and resilience, he helps businesses to plan for and recover from major disruptive events. Having supported hundreds of businesses on their journey from ideas through to success, Russell has embedded himself in the regional economic landscape.
